What are disputes?

When you make a trade through ccoins, the funds in cryptocurrency traded will be protected through our escrow system until its release. This system will allow you to communicate with your counterpart and progress in the operation in a secure environment, this also will encourage compliance obligations and give the option to both parties to open a dispute if it becomes necessary.

A dispute in this context is a process initiated by one of the parties in which it asks ccoins to intervene as a trusted third party to help resolve a conflict by evaluating the available evidence.

In general, disputes are often used as a form of defense against fraud attempts, so opening a dispute will not be necessary unless one of the parties is not satisfied during the commercial operation.
